Senior AI Engineer

We're looking for a senior AI engineer who can take charge of the planning and technical quality of solutions that go into production.

We deliver AI solutions at a fixed price and work agentically. The AI does much of the actual coding, while you steer it, review the output critically and own the quality of what we ship.

What you'll be doing

• Own deliveries end to end, from the first customer meeting and workshop until the solution is live with the customer.
• Build production LLM solutions: agents, integrations and data flows, not just prototypes and demos.
• Contribute in customer workshops by translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Quality-check what the AI produces, and make sure security is taken care of in everything we put into production.
• Build competence in the team, always looking to work more efficiently.

We're looking for someone who

• Has a minimum of 2 years of development experience and solid engineering craft.
• Has good knowledge of agentic coding, LLMs and AI tools, and has built LLM solutions that are running in production.
• Stays up to date on new models, techniques and tools, and can weigh strengths, weaknesses and the trade-off between quality and cost.
• Uses the latest technology effectively, with a focus on rapid iterations.
• Thrives in customer meetings and has commercial acumen. You like solving the problem with the customer, not just writing the code.
• Takes ownership of what you deliver and has the drive to deliver what's needed. You understand the problem you're solving and can justify your choices, not just point to what the AI suggested.
